These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClawHQ, an AI business assistant operated by ClawHQ ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using ClawHQ, you agree to these Terms.
ClawHQ is an AI-powered business reporting tool. We install a Mac Mini at your business location, connect it to your QuickBooks Online account (and optionally Square, Shopify, or other supported integrations), and deliver a plain-English morning briefing to your email every day.
ClawHQ is a reporting and monitoring tool. It reads your business data and summarizes it. It does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or accounting services.
Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $4,999 is due before installation. This covers the Mac Mini hardware, on-site installation, all integration configuration, and a 30-day tuning period.
Monthly Subscription: After setup, you choose a monthly plan:
Monthly billing begins on the date of installation. Payment is due on the same date each month.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing support@clawhq.lol. Upon cancellation:
The Mac Mini provided during setup remains the property of ClawHQ until the setup fee is paid in full. If you cancel before the setup fee is paid, we will retrieve the hardware. Once the setup fee is paid in full, the hardware is yours to keep.
You are responsible for providing a power outlet and internet connection for the Mac Mini. Do not modify, relocate, or disconnect the hardware without notifying us first.
ClawHQ accesses your business data through authorized API connections (OAuth 2.0 for QuickBooks Online, API tokens for Square and Shopify). All data processing happens locally on the Mac Mini at your location.

ClawHQ is a reporting tool. It summarizes your existing business data in plain English. It is not a financial advisor, accountant, bookkeeper, or tax professional.
You should not make financial decisions based solely on ClawHQ reports without consulting a qualified professional. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on information in our reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawHQ's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure ClawHQ generates and delivers your morning report every day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reports may be delayed or missed due to internet outages, API downtime from third-party providers (Intuit, Square, Shopify), hardware issues, or scheduled maintenance.
We will notify you promptly if we become aware of any service disruption affecting your reports.
We may update the ClawHQ software, add features, or modify the service from time to time. We will not reduce the core functionality of your plan without notice. If we make changes that materially affect your service, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance.
We may terminate your access to ClawHQ if:
Upon termination, we will retrieve the Mac Mini hardware and delete all local data from the device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
